WORKERS COMPENSATION
Workers' compensation is a state-regulated insurance program that pays medical bills and replaces some lost wages for employees who are injured at work or who have work-related diseases or illnesses.

Texas employers may choose whether or not to maintain workers' compensation insurance. Employers who choose to have insurance may purchase policies from private insurance companies, such as Service Lloyds, or self-insure, if they meet the requirements of the Texas Workers' Compensation Act and are certified by the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission.

CREDIT INSURANCE
Service Life has been serving automobile dealerships since 1969 and is the largest writer of credit insurance in Texas. Service Life services over 350 automobile dealerships throughout Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Louisiana, Arizona, and other states. Other services provided on behalf of automobile dealerships, include management of dealer-owned reinsurance companies; accounting, reporting, and tax work; and investment management services

GAP INSURANCE
Always a leader in product innovation, Service Group markets a Guarantee Automotive Protection (GAP) program through Service Lloyds. GAP coverage provides benefits to the consumer so tangible that many will not purchase a vehicle without this protection. Covering the customer in the event of negative equity has proven a successful venture for many dealers while providing an important benefit to the consumer.

VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACTS
Service Group has been providing vehicle service contracts to customers and dealerships since 1982. A vehicle service contract provides mechanical breakdown coverage once the Original Manufacturer's Warranty expires.

In our on-going effort to provide our dealers with the most comprehensive and profit driven programs in the market, Service Group has developed Preferred Protection Plan. This program has a variety of plans and coverages with income opportunities on fixed and variable operations.

SECURE DEALER SOLUTIONS
The Secure Dealer Solutions division includes Security Solutions (anti-theft coverage), SecureTire (road hazard coverage), and SecureShield (paint and fabric protection). These aftermarket products not only represent additional income opportunities in F&I, but they can be combined with specialized software programs designed to maximize profit potential and increase customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores for participating dealers.

PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR F&I PRODUCT
Service Group's Paintless Dent Repair F&I product is called PDR by Preferred. PDR by Preferred is a high penetration product that yields strong profits for F&I departments. The PDR by Preferred program protects customers’ cars against door dings and small dents without the need for expensive and often time-consuming body shop repairs.

ONSITE TRAINING
Sales Solutions - Starting as sales training for Service Life accounts, Sales Solutions has become the recognized leader in innovative automotive sales training. Working hand in hand with dealership personnel, trainers are able to form a relationship of trust and respect. Leading by example, our team demonstrates how to maximize profitability.

Fixed Solutions - Recognizing a need for training in fixed operations, Fixed Solutions educates dealership personnel to take advantage of missed opportunities and implement procedures to become more efficient. The educational tracks include service writer sales training, extended service agreement selling on the service drive, advanced service writer training, and warranty administration training.
