Loss Control Staff
Scott Sloan is the Director of our Loss Control department. He brings a strong focus on customer service to his role. As a Certified Safety Professional and a Certified Safety and Health Manager, Scott knows the importance of a good loss control/risk management program. Our experienced staff allows us to exceed customer's expectations by providing expertise, information, and an understanding of each business owners' desire to provide a safe workplace. This attitude is the cornerstone for each Loss Control Department Scott has built.

On a combined basis, our Loss control staff of six has 110 years of loss control experience. They have represented 15 different insurance carriers and agencies during their careers. Four of the staff have management experience. Some of the professional designations they have are:

CSP	Certified Safety Professional
CSHM	Certified Safety and Health Managers
OHST	Occupational Safety and Health Technologist
ARM	Associate in Risk Management

All of the staff have experience in multi-line insurance with WC being their most prevalent area of experience. All have at least BS degrees and one has a MS degree. Several have held leadership positions in various safety organizations such as the American Society of Safety Engineers. This expertise is the basis for the many presentations we provide for educating and training policyholders in effective safety and loss prevention techniques. We have seen many policyholders reduce their insurance premiums by implementing the recommendations of this outstanding group of professionals.
