WORKERS' COMPENSATION
Serving automobile dealers since 1982, Service Lloyds is now the largest writer of automobile workers' compensation in the state of Texas. We offer aggressive claims and loss control services to our clients.


CREDIT INSURANCE
Since 1969, Service Life has benefited automobile dealers with a full line of specialty products and services that keep dealer loss ratios low and profitability high. We are now the largest writer of credit insurance in Texas and serve over 350 automobile dealerships throughout Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Louisiana, Arizona, and other states.


GAP INSURANCE
Service Group offers a GAP Insurance program that provides valuable benefits to consumers, as well as dealers. Because GAP is a new product in the state of Texas, financial security is an important consideration when selecting a provider. Service Group’s strong financial backing and solid reputation make us the preeminent GAP vendor. Our program is expanding rapidly; we will soon have over 200 accounts selling GAP Insurance.


VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACTS
Service Guard has been providing its dealers with an aftermarket extended service contract since 1982. Over the years, our financial security, extensive coverages, and unlimited income opportunities have benefited hundreds of dealers. All of our administration and claims handling is provided through our home office in Austin, Texas.

In order to provide our dealers with the most comprehensive and profit-driven programs on the market, Service Group has developed the new Preferred Protection Plan. This program offers a wide variety of coverages with income opportunities for both fixed and variable operations.


SECURE DEALER SOLUTIONS
The latest addition to the Service Group product line provides an array of aftermarket products combined with specialized software programs designed to maximize profit potential and increase customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores for automotive dealerships.


ON-SITE TRAINING
Sales Solutions - The recognized leader in automotive sales training, Sales Solutions provides a wide range of on-site training and consulting services proven to increase salesperson confidence and strengthen the desking and leadership skills of sales managers.

Fixed Solutions - Recognizing a need for training in fixed operations, Service Group developed Fixed Solutions, a program that trains dealership personnel to take advantage of missed opportunities and improve efficiency. The educational tracks include service writer sales training, extended service agreement selling on the service drive, advanced service writer training, and warranty administration training.
