Pam Crail
Director of Legislative Affairs and Dealer Communications - Service Life
Pam's 20 years of experience in the legislative arena include 10 years with the Texas Senate and nine years in the Legislative Department of the Texas Automobile Dealers Association (TADA). At TADA, Pam was responsible for helping develop legislative initiatives and following issues of interest through the legislative process. She was the primary fundraiser for the Association and served as Treasurer of AutoPAC (the auto dealers' political action committee). Additionally, she headed up the TEAM program (Texas Executives in Automotive Management), an educational and networking program for sons and daughters of dealers, as well as for key dealership management personnel.
As Service Group Director of Legislative Affairs and Dealer Communications, Pam works closely with the company's lobbyists, monitoring legislative issues that could potentially affect Service Group and its dealer client base. Currently she is also involved in the development of a new program targeting the next generation of automobile dealers.
